Three year, practical degree which prepares graduates to work as manufacturing engineers in local, national and international manufacturing and service industries.

Manufacturing is the biggest employer in Irish industry. Manufacturing organisations need people who can design, plan and implement their manufacturing process, and oversee the smooth running and maintenance of their factories. So, if you are a detail-oriented person, you enjoy working with people, and are analytical, you should consider a career in manufacturing engineering design.

This new, three year degree has a very practical focus. It prepares graduates to work as manufacturing design engineers in local, national and international manufacturing and service industries.

This exciting new degree will provide the next generation of manufacturing specialists, innovators and efficiency experts. They will be strategically prepared to take advantage of the opportunities available in the new High Tech knowledge economy.
