Ugandan Partner Visit to ATUSince 2017, Atlantic Technological University (ATU) St Angelas has supported NGO Bright Kids Uganda (BKU) through various humanitarian initiatives. Since then, a formal Erasmus+ partnership has been established which offers students and staff a truly life-changing experience though community engagement projects in the Entebbe region of the country. |

ATU Completes Conferring Ceremonies with Over 5,000 Graduates this YearAtlantic Technological University (ATU) completed its 2024 graduations last week, celebrating the achievements of over 5,000 graduates in ceremonies in Donegal, Galway, Sligo, Mayo and Connemara. The ceremonies have brought together students, families and faculty to honour the hard work and dedication of graduates across a wide range of disciplines, from undergraduate certificates to doctoral degrees. |

ATU wins big at the Irish Food Writing Student Culinary CompetitionAtlantic Technological University (ATU) Culinary Arts student, Lance Andrew Lumanlan was recently presented with the overall Irish Food Writing Award, sponsored by Kerrygold, for his winning dishes served up at the live cook serve final, held on 7 November at the Neff Inspirational Kitchen Airfield Estate, Overend Ave, Dundrum, Dublin. The cook serve was judged by Jess Murphy, Kai in Galway and Gareth Mullins, executive chef at Anantara the Marker Hotel, Dublin and overseen by organiser Suzanne Campbell, Food and farming journalist and Paul O’Connor. |
